1. Phantom Stallion: Desert Dancer = Done.

2. Concert.

Dad and I left at like... 4:45 or so. Made decent time out to Columbia, got there around 5:30, had dinner at the mall and then headed over to the Pavilion. Our seats were like awesomely cool. We were in the first row of the Pavilion seats, which are elevated. There were like 7 rows of pit seats in front of us - which was fine, since we were off the ground. Chilled in our seats til 7:45 when David Nail started. He played for 45 minutes. Setlist - This Time Around, ?, Strangers On A Train, I’m About To Come Alive, Again, ?, Redlight, ?, Turning Home. Obviously, I missed a few. But, in all fairness, I was playing around with my new camera, trying to get the hang of it as I went. So, yeah.

By 9, Jason Aldean was on. He played - Crazy Town, Wide Open, I Break Everything I Touch, Amarillo Sky, Why, The Truth, I Use What I Got (I think?), Asphalt Cowboy, Heaven*, Cuts Like A Knife*, Johnny Cash, Relentless, Laughed Until We Cry, She’s Country, and Hicktown. Encored with Big Green Tractor and Cowboy**.

(* = Bryan Adams covers, **=really annoying Kid Rock cover)

He was off by like... 10:30. Which was cool. Dad was happy. He got to get home and go to bed 30 minutes earlier than he expected. Especially since we made surprisingly good time getting home. He'll still hate me tomorrow. But, hey, this one was his idea. He brought it up the other day when he was browsing for tickets. Likewise, Mom hates me, because she got stuck doing my job at work. Oops.

Anywho - concerts on Tuesday, Wednesday, and next Sunday to come. Woohoo!
