So, looooong exhausting day. Was up at 6, finsihed packing and off for my second to last final at 8. Done by 9, did nothing until 11:15, and that nothing sadly did not include a nap, out by noon and heading home within 20 minutes. Made it home around 3, unloaded the car and chilled until 5:20, when Dad and I left for the Blue October concert.

Also, grades:
Greece/Rome: A
Ren/Ref: ? A
Civil War: A
Early Modern Lit: ? A

We thought that the doors opened at 8 (because that's what the tickets said), but apparently that changed and they now opened at 7. Which meant less waiting, but more of a crowd. Luckily, we are ridiculously early for everything and still managed to get good seats (and I have no fucking idea why the opted for cramming a bunch of seats into Rams Head over the usual standing room only approach, though I am certainly not complaining because I've been coughing up my lungs). Still until 8, when the opening band started - Soldier Thread - that played until 8:30. Spent another 30 minutes waiting around for Blue October, who started at 9.

They played:
Ugly Side, Say It, Into The Ocean, Been Down, Colorado 5591, Picking Up Pieces, Quiet Mind, Calling You, Clumsy Card House, Jump Rope, Should Be Loved, X Amount of Words, Come In Closer, Dirt Room, and The End. Encored with Feel Again*, The Followthru*, Hate Me and Amazing.

I recognized all of the songs with the exception of the 2 starred ones. I later figured out that that was because they were new songs set to debut on the new album which comes out in August. They played like 90% of my favorite songs, too! So, yay!

Dad liked a few songs here and there but was occupied with picture taking. Lighting wasn't all that awesome, sadly, so we didn't get many between us.

After the show I tried for a set-list and missed, so we went outside to hang by the tourbus. The lead singer, Justin, came out after a few minutes, but was on the wrong side of the barricaded area. Stuck waiting, but Dad went to the other side and got our tickets signed (YAY!) and eventually Justin wandered over to our side. Got a picture with him (Also YAY!) and then headed home.

I am exhausted. Finals are over. I am home. I am exhausted.
