1. Ow, ow, ow! So, I like killed my heel last night when we took Buddy and Nash for a walk. My shoe went one way, my foot went the other and I slammed my heel into a sharp rock in the driveway. I think it's just bruised, but holy hell does it hurt. The art of walking on my toes is saving me some serious pain - though work probably won't be much by way of fun since I can't do that there.

On the plus side, I just got really awesome new tennis shoes. Which will, nonetheless, still make my foot hurt like hell, but still.
