csi_sanders1129Ugh. I have to think up a topic for my first speech by Thursday. It can't involve visuals and it has to last 5 minutes. Can't be demonstrative, either. And no opinions allowed. Strictly informative.
So far, I've considered:
-Homeschooling, but I think my bias towards that would probably snake its way in.
-DNA Fingerprinting and its uses and stuff, but thats kind of boring and explaining it alone would probably take five minutes.
-Maybe something to do with Shelter Dogs & Cats and stuff, however, thats really depressing. Especially since one of my dogs isnt doing so well anymore.
-The Addictive Properties Of Daytime Television. That started out as a joke while listening to my mom swear she's not watching General Hospital anymore while simultaneously planning our trip to Disney in November for Super Soap Weekend.
-Maybe something to do with Horror Movies or the supernatural.
Any ideas/suggestions/opinions on above topics?
ETA: Also, if anyone has fic requests...?
