Ummm.... yes. So,
xidiomaticlogic got me obsessed with a movie that has been sitting around my house unopened since like... 2005. Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, and I don't mean the CSI or Torchwood episodes. Well, as I said - obsessed. One of my favorite movies!!! It's hilarious and slashy and just, yeah. Do yourself a favor - see it!
And, if you need further convincing --
Enjoy!
KMKMLM - be warned, one way or another, I'll get you to watch it!

Date: 2008-04-18 06:19 am (UTC)*grumbles* i have to go to bed now - have to be up in like 3 hours. -_- Stupid Chem class. Like anyone can focus on gravimetric sulfate analysis at ass o clock in the morning.
We shall continue this amusing conversation later, no?
And I'll be laughing in class trying to picture that unique creation some more.

Date: 2008-04-18 06:24 am (UTC)My class is so boring. And we get screamed at if we ask questions - which is a pain.
Night ^_^

Date: 2008-04-18 06:26 am (UTC)Aw man, that sucks! At least I had an awesome teacher. He was this tiny little old guy with a high-pitched cackling laugh and deformed hands from working with chemicals his whole life, but his approach to teaching was "Why don't we test these principles by going outside and blowing shit up?"

Date: 2008-04-18 12:05 pm (UTC)Lol, ours is an old guy - who should have retired like 20 years ago. He makes random sexist jokes and he thinks hes funny when we're alll just like "ugh, are we supposed to laugh now?" and if we don't understand something (like... say, complicated algebra or something) we get yelled at for you know, not being chemists. He screws up what he's writing on the board, a lot too - which leads to more of thos questions. My Lab professor looks like Munch from SVU though.

Date: 2008-04-18 07:50 pm (UTC)XD But holycrap Munch. <3 So much love. Is he anywhere near as awesome?
no subject
Date: 2008-04-18 08:19 pm (UTC)And, no. He's much less awesome than Munch. See, Munch is like total win and funny as hell. The professor is a doctor/writer/scientist so we cannot do anything correctly when we write lab reports. When we finally get the sciene part down he starts being all grammar Nazi. ANd he has no sense of humor which is like the epitome of unMunchlike behavior.

Date: 2008-04-18 09:07 pm (UTC)Awww... that's like, the anti-Munch.
http://youtube.com/watch?v=GYt5kATOqWU <- Totally found a high-res version of the KKBB ending.

Date: 2008-04-18 09:59 pm (UTC)OMG No way! I was thinking of adding the anti-Munch line to what I said. Creepy.
And xD they look so up to something at the end. Like Perrys about to wheel him off for some debauchery(sp?). But. the 'if you're wondering who the best boy is, it's someones nephew' line I just totally do not get.

Date: 2008-04-18 10:06 pm (UTC)Personally I thought the "Best Boy" line was hilarious, because sometimes I'll glance through the credits in a movie, and there's always someone listed as 'Best Boy'. Which leads to me wondering who the hell they are and what they do.
Gaahh! The cat just jumped up on the desk and he's so covered in dirt he's like... leaving little clouds in his wake.

Date: 2008-04-18 10:12 pm (UTC)Ahhh... okay, that makes sense now. xDDD
O.o Why is your kitteh covered in dirt? Mine's more likely to be covered in slobber from being mauled by the dogs.

Date: 2008-04-18 10:45 pm (UTC)Heeeee, he so it. The last line's so "Vanish. I need to go do naughty things to my idiot/sidekick/bedwarmer."
Apart from the overall squee-level, though, that's such a great ending for a movie. I mean, for me it was like "OH MY GOD CHRISTMAS CAME EARLY", but I think it had the 'intended' effect on my dad.
Dad: Woah, woah, what? ...Dude, no way.
Movie: Haha, you thought it was about Harry and Harmony? Fuck you. <3

Date: 2008-04-18 10:54 pm (UTC)Yeah, the last part of that line is just totally implied. xD
LMAO. My Dad opted for the Fall Out Boy Concert for tonights movie *grumbles* But sooner or later I'm gonna get him to watch it. Like I said, he won't get it, but I'll be snickering and squeeing all the same.
I just realized something - I was watching the clip where Perry gets shot. (Spoiler stuff is pointless at this point - anyone who reads 100 and some comments is looking for it - and by the way I think LJ is like six feet under at this point) His ringtone - I Will Survive. xD Kind of a clue there. Woulda been a big fuck you if he hadn't though.

Date: 2008-04-19 03:23 am (UTC)Eehee. Hard call between what's gayer - a Fall Out Boy concert and KKBB. XD
no subject
Date: 2008-04-19 03:54 am (UTC)Haha, you'd be surprised. The FOB concert might win.
My dad said he might watch it tomorrow. he is currently trying to kill the fan-love of RDJ by telling me he's in some new movie that he says no one will see. (Tropic of Thunder or something like that)

Date: 2008-04-19 04:54 am (UTC)Hee, it *is* very Perry. I love how he's relentlessly badass, and totally unashamed about shit like his ringtone and the fact that he liked Xanadu. <3

Date: 2008-04-19 05:31 am (UTC)And that is exactly why Perry is awesome <3
I convonced my friend to watch it once I sent her the $2000 gun quote. And she found out Val Kilmer was in it. I agreed to watch the movie she loves him for - which was really kind of a given but SHHH don't tell her that. xD

Date: 2008-04-19 05:41 am (UTC)I sent my friend the full 8% clip before she left, and now she's dying to see it. =D
And yes, it is. Perry reaches a level of awesomeness I can only hope to aspire to. Who says gay teenagers don't have anyone to look up to? XD

Date: 2008-04-19 05:45 am (UTC)We are starting a KKBB epidemic! =)
Perry = Win. He's better than Brian Kinney. xD

Date: 2008-04-19 05:50 am (UTC)Ooh, I need to see tombstone. I think my friend and I will have a Val Kilmer night when she gets home. Willow and Top Gun and Tombstone and KKBB.
Yes, Perry is so, so much win. I need to compose a list of kickass gay role models. XD With Perry and Jack Harkness and shit.
no subject
Date: 2008-04-19 05:53 am (UTC)I think we're gonna have a movie night, too. With Tombstone and Top Gun and whatever other movies we can find, and of course, KKBB. =3
Perry = Win. Jack Harkness/John Barrowman = Win. Alan Cumming, too.

Date: 2008-04-19 06:03 am (UTC)And I need to getinto Silent Hill. Like 5 people on my friends list are obsessed with it. I feel out of the bubble. Lol
I gotto listen to about10 minutes of the commentary - they're all goofballs.
no subject
Date: 2008-04-19 06:17 am (UTC)Alan Cumming is as made of win and hotness as his last name suggests. -snerk-
Yeah, Silent Hill is pretty damn awesome. It's fun and insane, and we even got into a philosophical discussion about it. XD

Date: 2008-04-19 06:25 am (UTC)His name alone is win.
I need to get into that and that Pheonix Wright thing, still. Doctor Who, too.
